Important!

To stop SMS subscriptions you MUST provide MobDesk the following details:
- the phone number of the mobile phone which receives the premium SMS messages.


Ways to unsubscribe:

1. Normal unsubscribing procedure

The easiest way to unsubscribe is to send a so called stop-SMS. To stop just send a text message with the code STOP and send it to the short code, for example 89098.


2. Via e-mail

You're able to unsubscribe by e-mail too. When you send MobDesk an e-mail, do not forget to mention your mobile phone number. Without your mobile phone number we CANNNOT help you. Please, send your e-mail to services@mobdesk.com.


3. When unsubscribing fails..

The SMS service providers at 79909, 89098 and 89997 respect all SMS guideline rules of the ICSTIS. When you still receive premium SMS messages after sending a STOP message and an e-mail, we advice you to contact your mobile phone operator. Each mobile phone operator is able to recognize the SMS service provider who's sending you premium SMS messages via the specific short code. Your operator will connect you to the right SMS service provider.

4. Call our help desk

When your initial stop-SMS message and previous e-mail failed, please call us at 020-8144-7839. If our help desk is busy and you are connected to our voice mail please leave your name, phone number and brief description of your problem. Without your mobile phone number we CANNNOT help you. We will process your call as soon as possible.
