Ways to unsubscribe:

1. Normal unsubscribing procedure

The easiest way to unsubscribe is to send a so called stop-SMS. To stop just send a text message with the code STOP and send it to right short code, for example 19756666.


2. Via e-mail

You're able to unsubscribe by e-mail too. When you send MobDesk an e-mail, do not forget to mention your mobile phone number. Without your mobile phone number we CANNNOT help you. Please, send your e-mail to services@mobdesk.com.


3. Call our help desk

When your initial stop-SMS message and previous e-mail failed, please call us at 1-800-005332. If our help desk is busy and you are connected to our voice mail please leave your name, phone number and brief description of your problem. Without your mobile phone number we CANNNOT help you. We will process your call as soon as possible.
